Every project begins with a Property Assessment so we can recommend the level of care that best fits your property's condition and maintenance goals.

During your Property Assessment, we'll walk your property with you, evaluate exterior conditions, identify areas of buildup, moisture exposure and maintenance concerns, and answer any questions you have. From there, we'll recommend the most appropriate level of care based on your property's needs—not a sales script.

You don't need to decide before contacting us. Every property is different, which is why we begin with a Property Assessment. After evaluating your home, we'll recommend the package that best matches your property's condition, maintenance history and long-term care goals.

Most Pacific Northwest homes benefit from annual exterior maintenance to help prevent algae, moss, moisture buildup and premature surface wear. Properties with greater tree coverage, higher moisture exposure or lakefront locations may benefit from more frequent maintenance. We'll recommend a schedule based on your property's specific conditions.

Our care packages may include soft house washing, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning, cobweb removal, exterior surface rinsing and other services depending on the level of care selected. Additional services, such as roof moss prevention, exterior window refreshes and deck or patio care, are recommended only when appropriate for your property.

For most projects, we recommend being available for the initial walkthrough if possible, but you don't necessarily need to be present throughout the service. Before work begins, we'll review the scope of work, answer any questions and make sure you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. Northline uses soft washing methods that are appropriate for exterior surfaces such as siding, trim and soffits. Our process is designed to remove algae, mildew and organic buildup while minimizing unnecessary wear on your home's exterior materials.

Once the work is complete, Northline performs a final quality review to ensure the agreed-upon scope of work has been completed to our standards. We'll walk through the results with you when possible and provide recommendations for future maintenance if appropriate.
